Take transmission service to a new level of speed, simplicity, productivity and profitability. Now a complete vehicle transmission exchange can be quickly performed through the dipstick tube — without breaking into cooler lines, connecting adapters, etc. No hoist, no tools are required, plus there’s no mess. The TransKare™ system high flow rate means service in minutes— exchange is not dependent on cooler circuit flow rate. The TransKare™ system also offers the best way to drain the pan before filter and gasket replacements or internal repairs.

Safe Handling

• The double acting bead breaking cylinder ensures careful handling of rim, preventing a jerky movement of the blade and preventing potential damage to rim or tire.

• Bead breaker pad is made from a special rubber with an antiskid property for a safe grip and less wear.

• Bead breaker arm features a 3-position adjustment to ensure optimum distance between the blade and bead breaker pad, regardless of wheel width.

• Deluxe models feature a self-centering 4-jaw chuck controlled with two clamping cylinders, resulting in properly clamped rims every time.

• Special jaws on deluxe models allow outside clamping of rims up to 24". Optional adapters extend capability to 28".

• Includes a pneumatic bead assist, essential for safely handling of low profile and flat run tires.

• The nose and back side of the mounting head, jaws, and tire lever feature a plastic protector to help prevent damage to the rim during mount/demounting.

• Optional PAX adapter kit for mounting/dismounting run-flat tires.

Operator Convenience

• Lower cabinet height is ergonomically positioned for handling wide tires.

• Jaw and turntable pedals are placed at the front of the unit. Pedals are spaced wide enough apart to prevent misuse.

• Bead breaker operating pedal is mounted at the right side of the unit, always in view of the operator when the tire is dismounted.

• Pedal controlled tire inflation saves time as operator has hands free during inflation.

• The pneumatic bead assist switch is ergonomically positioned on the bead pressing roller arm.

• The inflation gauge is integrated into the 3-compartment tool container. The tool container provides convenient storage for valves, caps, etc.

The new Snap-on® FuelKare™ system pulse-cleans the fuel rail and fuel lines; removes soft carbon buildup in the combustion chamber, induction passages, on the intake valves, and in the intake manifold. A two-stage process, engine off, engine on, ensures a thorough and effective cleaning. The result is restored engine performance and reduced vehicle emissions and fuel consumption. The Snap-on® FuelKare™ system also automatically troubleshoots fuel system components prior to starting service. Fully portable, 12V DC operation.
